Description
Join our Glass Artist Debs for this gorgeous glass fusing workshop.
You’ll design and create a beautiful glass curve to keep for yourself or give as a gift.
You will be guided step by step, encouraging your creativity in choosing a theme, colours and shapes to create your stand-up fused glass piece using a selection of accessory glass, including frit (crushed glass), stringers, glass dots and enamels.
These look gorgeous backlit with a candle or with the light shimmering through on a window ledge.
The price includes full tuition, all materials and glass kiln firing.
Ready to collect approximately 2 weeks later.
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners.

Is the studio warm
Yes, the studio is cosy warm and heated
Does this class facilitate disabled access?
Unfortunately due to the lay out of the room this workshop is held in, it is not suitable for wheel chair users.
Please note : The seating in this workshop is on high classroom stools. People with limited mobility may find this difficult.
We do have other classes and courses available in the fully accessible area of our studio space.
Do you have internet access?
Yes, we are able to offer you connection to wifi. We also have Alexa for music etc.

What an amazing time. A little unsure to begin with but as I put the first minute glass bead on the glass curve the imagination just flowed. Never at my age, 70 yrs young, did I think I could learn something new but I did. Thank you so much to the tutor for her excellent guidance and down to earth manner. A credit to her craft.
