Fused Glass ~ Christmas Decorations
In this fun and festive workshop you will create up to 6 unique hanging decorations. We will demonstrate and guide you in the basic skills of glass fusing.
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners. There is no glass cutting or previous skills necessary.
Starting with a blank shape, you will have the opportunity to create your own designs using a selection of accessory glass, including frit (crushed glass), stringers, glass dots and enamels.
Your colourful creations will be fired in the kiln ready to give as gifts or keep for yourself, in plenty of time for the festive season.
All materials and kiln firing are included. Extra pieces may be made on the day at an extra cost of £2.50 each, time permitting.

Is the studio warm
Yes, the studio is cosy warm and heated
Can children come?
Children age 7 yrs upward are welcome to attend private /family bookings or where the class or course states it is for children, when accompanied by an adult. All our other classes, workshops and courses are for 16yrs upwards unless an age group is otherwise stated.
Does this class facilitate disabled access?
Unfortunately due to the lay out of the room this workshop is held in, it is not suitable for wheel chair users.
Please note : The seating in this workshop is on high classroom stools. People with limited mobility may find this difficult.
We do have other classes and courses available in the fully accessible area of our studio space.
Do you have toilets
There are two fully accessible toilets available for studio use.

Turn left at the mini roundabout, just past the Late night chemist. Turn left through the double gates on immediately on the left. The studio is within the business park in the first building on the left - Phoenix House. You will see two huge bamboo outside. Parking is available - please request a parking permit on arrival.
